Step away from the office and spend the day at Rose & Bloom, where open space, beautiful horses and a magnificent clubhouse create the perfect setting to slow down, reconnect and gain a fresh perspective. Equinnect offers leadership and team development experiences through guided interaction with horses. Horses respond instinctively to human behaviour, energy and intention, offering immediate and honest feedback that helps people recognise how they lead, communicate and collaborate with others. Through simple ground activities with the horses, participants gain practical insights into leadership, trust and teamwork in a way that traditional workshops often cannot replicate. Many teams combine the experience with a day of strategy sessions or planning discussions in the Rose & Bloom clubhouse, before ending the day outdoors with the horses as the sun sets across the fields. No riding or previous horse experience is required. Equinnect is based at Rose & Bloom, a beautiful working horse farm designed as a space for connection, learning and memorable shared experiences. Surrounded by open countryside, horses and natural landscapes, Rose & Bloom offers a refreshing environment where teams can step away from the pace of the office and spend time thinking, planning and reconnecting. The Rose & Bloom clubhouse provides a comfortable space for strategy sessions, meetings or team discussions during the day, while the surrounding farm creates the perfect setting for the Equinnect experience with the horses. Combining thoughtful conversation, fresh air and interaction with these remarkable animals creates a day that feels both productive and inspiring.

What Is Equine-Assisted Learning?

 

Equine-Assisted Learning (EAL) is an experiential learning approach used around the world in leadership development, coaching and personal growth programmes.

 

Horses are highly perceptive animals and respond quickly to human behaviour, body language and emotional cues. Because they live in herds and rely on clear communication and trust for survival, they naturally respond to leadership, intention and authenticity.

During guided activities on the ground, participants interact with the horses while trained facilitators observe and guide the experience. These interactions often reveal patterns in communication, leadership style and group dynamics in a way that is immediate and easy to understand.
